These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of trianglehomecleaners.com and the cleaning services provided by Triangle Home Cleaners LLC ("Triangle Home Cleaners," "we," "us" or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service or opting in to messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Service availability depends on location, scheduling and staffing, and we may decline or reschedule a booking when needed.

Quotes are based on the information you provide about your home and the services you select. Please make sure those details are accurate. If the home, its condition or the requested work differs from what was provided, we may need to update your quote before or during the service. Promotional pricing and discounts apply only under the conditions shown when they are offered.

Bookings, cancellations, fees, refunds and our reclean guarantee are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policies, which are part of these Terms. In short:

• Cancellations more than 72 hours before your appointment have no cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• We do not issue refunds or partial refunds.
• If something isn't cleaned to your standards, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean that area at no charge.

Gift card value is applied when the recipient books a cleaning and does not expire. See our gift cards page for details.

• Provide accurate contact, address and home details.
• Provide safe access to your home or property at the scheduled time.
• Let us know in advance about pets, hazards, fragile items or areas we should avoid.
• Secure valuables, cash and irreplaceable items before your appointment.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that are used to misuse our website or services.

Program: Triangle Home Cleaners LLC sends text messages about quotes, appointment reminders, service updates and customer support, and occasional marketing messages to customers who agree to receive them.

• You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, or by otherwise giving us consent.
• Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (984) 464-7824 or contact@trianglehomecleaners.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or misleading information. Website content, including text, images and logos, belongs to Triangle Home Cleaners LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Parts of our website use third-party services, such as online booking, contact forms, maps and review widgets. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Our website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triangle Home Cleaners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
