24-Hour Reclean Guarantee
We fix our mistakes — fast and free.
If something we cleaned isn't up to your standards, tell us within 24 hours of your completed appointment. We'll come back and re-clean the area at no charge. No hidden fees, no awkward conversations.
No Refunds
Refund requests are not available.
Triangle Home Cleaners does not issue refunds or partial refunds for completed cleans, unused visits, or change-of-mind cancellations. If you're unhappy with the work, our reclean guarantee is how we make it right.

When you book a clean, we reserve that date and time just for you. Because of that, cancelling close to your appointment has real costs for our team. Our cancellation windows are strict and apply to all service types.

We respect your time, and we ask the same in return. When you book with us, we block that date on our team's calendar and turn down other work. The closer you cancel to your appointment, the harder that gap is to fill.

When does the clock start?
All cancellation windows are measured from your scheduled appointment start time, not the time you booked. For example, if your clean is scheduled for Wednesday at 9:00 AM, cancelling at 9:01 AM Wednesday counts as a same-day cancellation.

- Cancellations must be made by phone or email and confirmed by our team.

- Memberships, packages, and recurring cleans follow the same cancellation terms as one-time bookings.
