Reclean guarantee FAQ

Do I have to be home for the reclean?

Not necessarily. If you trust us with your usual access method, we'll handle the touch-up and text you when we're done.

Does this apply to deep cleans and move-out cleans too?

Yes — the 24-hour guarantee applies to every service we offer, including deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and recurring visits.

What if I notice something after 24 hours?

We still want to know. While the free reclean applies within 24 hours, we'll work with you to make things right for issues reported later when reasonable.

Will you charge my card automatically?

Never for a reclean. We only charge for the original booked service. Recleans are exactly that — a do-over on us.
