Is there a minimum contract length?+

No. We work month-to-month. We earn your business every visit — if it's not right, you can cancel with 30 days notice. Most clients stay with us for years because we don't have to lock them in.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?+

Yes — usually within 24 hours of request. We carry $2M general liability plus a janitorial bond and can name your landlord, property manager, or building as additional insured at no charge.

Do you clean restaurants and commercial kitchens?+

Yes. We handle front-of-house resets, dining-room deep cleans, restroom sanitation and back-of-house kitchen detailing — hood exteriors, stainless, line and prep table exteriors, grease-zone floors and walk-in exteriors. For hood interiors and exhaust systems we coordinate with a certified hood-cleaning partner.

What products do you use?+

EPA-registered, low-VOC, fragrance-light by default. For clinics we use hospital-grade disinfectants with documented dwell times. We're happy to switch to fully Green Seal Certified or allergen-conscious products on request.

What happens if something is missed or damaged?+

Flag it within 24 hours and we re-clean at no cost. If we damage something while cleaning, our insurance covers it — we won't argue, we'll just fix it.

Do you handle special projects like post-construction or events?+

Yes. Post-construction cleans, post-event resets, deep-clean weekends, window detailing — billed as a one-off flat rate on top of your regular service. Just give us a few days notice.
