Before you book.

Does the bond-back guarantee actually mean free re-cleans?

Yes. If your property manager or landlord lists cleaning issues on the exit report within 48 hours of the inspection, we return and re-clean those items at no additional cost. The guarantee covers cleaning items only — it doesn't cover damage, repairs, or items outside our original scope.

Do I need to be home during the end of lease clean?

Not at all — most clients leave a key, lockbox code or arrange a key handover with us. We send before-and-after photos of every room when we're finished, plus a written completion receipt for your agent.

Is carpet steam-cleaning included?

Carpet steam-cleaning is a separate add-on (most leases require a professional receipt). We can bundle it with your end of lease clean on the same day and provide the inspection-ready receipt your agent needs.

What if the home is unusually dirty or hasn't been cleaned in a year?

We'll still quote it flat — but we'll either inspect it in person or ask for photos first so the quote is honest. Heavily soiled homes, smoker properties and pet-heavy properties carry a higher flat rate; we never surprise-bill afterwards.

Do you handle the inspection with the agent?

We can. For an extra fee, our lead cleaner can meet your agent on-site, walk the property with them and address any flagged items immediately — saving you from a return trip.

How is this different from your move-out clean?
