Jake Rouse

Jake grew up in Raleigh with a bat in his hand and a business idea in his back pocket. Every summer weekend was another baseball tournament somewhere new — a schedule that taught him commitment and hard work before he ever had a diploma. When he wasn't on the field, he was shoveling snow in the winter and raking leaves in the fall. He's been running small ventures for as long as he can remember.

He learned early that you can't always get what you want — getting cut from the high school basketball team was his first real taste of rejection — and that good things don't come easy. That resilience shows up in how he leads today: keep your head down, outwork the competition, and don't worry about anyone else's opinion.

Jake brings energy and charm to the business. He's the one who can crack a joke to lighten the room, then turn around and refuse to lose on the details. He values people who show they care through action, not words — and that's exactly how he treats clients and staff. He's even learning Portuguese so he can communicate directly with more of the team.

Jake partners with his twin brother Austin. They went to different colleges — the first time in their lives they'd ever really been apart — and came back sharper, more independent, and more aligned on what they wanted to build. The goal is simple: build something automated, structured, and reliable enough that the Triangle can count on it for years.
