How we handle windows
Two levels, one trip.
Our team handles both sides of the glass, plus the sills, frames and tracks that collect dust and dead bugs. On deep restorative and move-in / move-out cleans, interior windows are already covered. On a standard recurring clean, interior windows are an add-on. When you also add exterior window cleaning, the same team that's already inside your home steps outside and finishes the outside of every pane plus the exterior seals — both sides done together, no second crew, no second appointment.

Is window cleaning included in a recurring clean?
No — interior window washing is an add-on on standard recurring cleans. It is, however, included on every deep restorative clean and every move-in / move-out clean (inside of the glass, sills, frames and tracks). The exterior of the glass and the exterior window seals are always a separate add-on, on any service.
What does the exterior add-on cover?
We clean the outside of every accessible window pane with a professional squeegee-and-microfiber finish, wipe the screens, and rinse exterior sills, frames and seals. Pair it with a deep or move clean and you get both sides of the glass plus interior + exterior seals done in a single visit.
How high can you reach?
Standard residential — ground floor and second-story windows reachable from the ground with extension poles and water-fed systems. We don't ladder onto roofs or work above the second story. If you have a three-story home, tell us in the quote and we'll let you know what we can reach safely.
How often should I add exterior window cleaning?
Most clients add it twice a year — once in spring after pollen season and once in fall before the holidays. Homes near construction, dirt roads or heavy tree cover often go quarterly.
Can I add it to a recurring plan?
Yes. You can schedule interior and/or exterior window cleaning on a set cadence with your recurring plan (quarterly exterior is most common) and we'll automatically include it on those visits.
Do you clean commercial storefront windows?
Yes — covered on our commercial cleaning page. Storefronts, offices and clinics with regular interior + exterior glass service.
