Receipt & peace of mind
We provide donation receipts on request and can send before/after photos. You'll know exactly where your items went — landfill is always the last resort.
Responsible disposal
Landfill is the last resort.
We sort every load into three streams: donate, recycle, dispose. You'll know your usable items went to a good home — and your junk didn't end up in a ditch.
Donate first
Furniture, clothing and usable goods go to local Triangle charities and shelters.
Recycle second
Metal, electronics, cardboard and appliances are routed to certified recyclers.
Dispose responsibly
Only true waste reaches the landfill — and we use permitted facilities only.
✦ Common questions
Before you book.
How is junk removal priced?
We quote flat based on how much truck space your items fill and what they are. Mattresses, appliances and TVs carry extra state disposal fees by law — we disclose those upfront, never as a surprise. There are no hourly labor charges, no fuel fees and no hidden dump costs.
Do I need to move everything to the curb?
Not at all. We remove items from wherever they sit — basements, attics, garages, back decks, upstairs bedrooms. Our crew handles the lifting, navigating tight staircases and protecting walls and floors while we work.
What areas do you serve?
Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Apex, Holly Springs, Garner, Wake Forest and most of Wake, Durham and Orange counties. Same-day and next-day availability in most areas.
Can you handle hoarder homes or estate cleanouts?
Yes. These jobs require extra care, PPE and often multiple loads. We'll walk the property (or review photos/video) and build a flat quote with a realistic timeline. Discretion and respect are guaranteed.
Do you donate usable items?
Absolutely. Furniture, clothing, housewares and working appliances in good condition are donated to local Triangle shelters, churches and resale organizations. We provide donation receipts when possible.
Can I bundle junk removal with a cleaning service?
Yes — and many clients do. Junk removal pairs perfectly with move-in/move-out cleans, deep restorative cleans, estate cleanouts and foreclosure turnovers. Book both on one quote and one timeline.
One flat price. No hourly billing. No hidden fees.
Every quote we send is a flat rate for the job — not an estimate, not a starting point. If our team takes longer than planned, the price doesn't change. Ever.
Never per-hour
We quote the job, not the clock. If a clean takes longer than we expected, that's on us — your price doesn't move.
No hidden fees
No trip charges, no fuel fees, no supply fees, no weekend surcharges. The number we quote is the number you pay.
No surprise charges
Pricing only changes if you ask for an add-on at booking — or if conditions on arrival aren't what was disclosed (heavy pet hair, post-renovation dust, hoarding). We'll always call before we charge.
